Manchester NO2ID are seeking extra helpers for regional stalls on Sat, 10 Oct, and Sat, 17 Oct will be a big Day of Action -
* a series of stalls in the City centre from 12.00.
* from 1pm a drop-in centre at the Friends Meeting House in Manchester city cenre. This will be giving out practical advice on what people can do themselves to oppose ID cards.
* at 3.30pm a public meeting in the Friends Meeting House main hall, followed by a mass burning of an ID card in the city centre, and signing of the pledge.
* day ends with an informal social event.
